No usage is being displayed for my Exetel mobile service...

The Exetel Mobile account type retrieves your usage from the HSPA site:

There are at least two different sites that Exetel provide for their services, the HSPA site is for the mobile services as opposed to the Members site which allows access to all services. Each of these sites have a different login, the login account used determines which site gets redirected to and used.

To use the Exetel Mobile account type, you will need a login to the Exetel HSPA site. The username is generally the primary accounts mobile service number.
