How do I report a problem for an account?

To report a problem for an account, select "Report" from the menu in the account details screen of the account.

This will prompt you to email the debug information for the account to myUsage. This will assist with resolving any issues you may experience.

Please note, your account credentials (e.g. usernames and passwords) are excluded from the debug information, however the debug information will contain the content of pages required for obtaining your usage information.

For your peace of mind, please feel free to send yourself a report email to review the debug information that will be sent to myUsage.
