What does "Connection error occured" mean?
A connection error occurs when there is an issue with network connectivity to the providers server.
This can be caused for a number of reasons, the most common being:
- The data or WiFi connection is failing on the device. You could try toggling your data or WiFi connection off and on, alternatively rebooting your device.
- A network outage between your device's connection and the providers server. You could try again later.
