What does "Service not found" mean?

The common reason for receiving the "Service not found" message is due to a login authentication issue.

The Telstra mobile and landline services retrieves the usage information from https://onlinebilling.telstra.com.au/billingpayment/action/cytbb/cytbbhome?tR=2ma

Verify you can login to the above URL and view a list of all your available services.

Note: If your username contains @bigpond.com, you may need to remove the @bigpond.com part from your username when entering into myUsage.
