My myki details are not showing?

  • Verify your username and password is working correctly on the myki website https://www.mymyki.com.au/NTSWebPortal/Login.aspx
  • Check your account has not been disabled or locked due to multiple login failure attempts.
  • Ensure you type your myki number in the "Card number" field correctly, this is used to determine which myki account to retrieve details for.
