Login and authentication issues...

The most common reason for an account type to return a login or authentication failure is due to an incorrect username and password.

  1. Verify your username and password is working correctly for the account types online site or service.
  2. Check the keypad is not auto-completing/changing characters upon entry of your username and password into myUsage.
  3. Triple check points 1 and 2.
  4. Finally, try removing and re-creating the account.
